Join us at the farm for our family friendly fall scavenger hunt mazes and pumpkin patch.
This year we have two separate scavenger hunt mazes. Both fall mazes will open on Friday, September 28th and will be open on Fridays from 6pm-10pm, Saturdays from 10am-10pm and Sundays from 10am-6pm until October 28th. If you plan on entering the mazes after dark, please bring a flashlight to help guide your way. Please note that these are the only two mazes that we allow flashlights to be used in. As always, we never charge for parking or admission to enter the farm. Additionally, we offer free hayrides, tractor train rides and photos opportunities with our vintage tractors and automobiles. For safety reasons, the free hayrides and tractor train rides end at dusk. The Fall Maze, recommended for families with very young children, is $5 per person (children 3 years and under are free.) You will receive your choice of souvenir cup filled with free fountain soda or blueberry lemonade, a glow in the dark wristband or $1 off admission to any of our other activities after completing the scavenger hunt. |
The Lake Catherine Labyrinth, for the more adventurous, is $10 per person (children 3 years and under are free.) Our pumpkin patch will be open every weekend leading up to Halloween. It opens Friday, September 28th. We offer a wide variety of different sized pumpkins along with incredible family photo opportunities. All proceeds from pumpkin patch will be donated to Buses n’ Backpacks! Bring in five or more non-perishable food items to receive $2.00 off a large or XL pumpkin! Our food truck, which is owned and operated by our very own Lake Catherine Catering and Events, will be serving lunch and dinner during hours of operation. Our full liquor bar will be offering our signature cocktails, specialty fall cordials, as well as beer and wine. Several fire pits will be available in the evening for you to enjoy and s’mores packages will be for sale. An assortment of live music will be offered every Friday from 6-10pm and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. Visit our calendar of events at to view the musical line up.

All of the mazes are cut in our field of Sunn Hemp. We use Sunn Hemp to build residue, sequester nitrogen, suppress weeds and improve soil health. When planted as a summer annual it regularly produces 2.5 tons of biomass and 120 lbs of nitrogen per acre. Sunn Hemp has also been found to greatly reduce nematode populations.

Last year, we told the tale of “What Happened to Catherine?” Now experience “Catherine’s Revenge.” 100 years of ghost stories about our farm and a little girl who disappeared a century ago. Beware: Those who enter may not survive.

You may have the guts to escape our Haunted Halloween Maze but can you endure the ghoulish trek through thick bushes and gnarled trees of our Dark Forest? With creepy crawlers and eerie monsters you’ll never know what to expect! Make this Halloween season special by visiting our Dark Forest Trail of Terror.
Halloween is an exciting time of year here on the farm! The Dark Forest at the back of the farm will moan and groan as the creatures of the forest come alive to feast. Enter at your own risk! The forest will reach out as you scream. In the Dark Forest, there is no guarantee what will happen. Prepared to be scared!
Admission to the Dark Forest is $15 per person. Sandals, flip flops or shorts are NOT recommended. You will be walking through the woods!
